TS-G4200 GigaWire PoX Series offers Gigabit Broadband and Long Reach PoX solution to extend IP Ethernet transmission and inject power simultaneously into a remote ultra PoE compliant powered device (PD) beyond the 100 meters distance limit of Ethernet. TS-G4200 GigaWire PoX Series includes headend device and CPE device, featuring long range data and power transmission over any existing coaxial, UTP cable or telephone wire and converts power to IEEE 802.3af/at PoE over another 100-meter Ethernet cable connected to the remote PoE PD. It is also an effective tool for powering Ethernet devices that need to be installed in areas where power is currently unavailable and would be difficult or costly to install. In such cases, power can be provided over existing cable, such as twisted-pair, coaxial cabling, UTP to simplify installation, save time, and eliminate the cost of new wiring. It provides multi applications for easy plug-n-play operation and deployment in various environments while keeping the installation of remote PoE PDs easier and more efficient.

 

TS-G4200 GigaWire PoX Series works in pairs for point to point connectivity, allowing upgrades from analog cameras to high-quality digital IP cameras in security and surveillance applications, interconnection of communication equipment in cellular backhaul applications, and interconnection of wireless equipment in WAN/LAN networks, all without the high cost of replacing the existing cable.
